Our Story

What started in 2004 as one small office in Leicester, with just one client and one big dream, has grown into a bold, multinational organisation with over 20 offices, 10 diverse clients, and teams thriving in 12 cities across 3 countries — the UK, Belgium, and the US.

 

But our story isn’t just about expansion. It’s about people.

Since day one, Montana has helped thousands of individuals learn practical skills, gain confidence, break into sales, and build their own businesses. We’ve watched shy students become standout leaders, and first-time sales reps become successful entrepreneurs. That’s what drives us.

Tony is the driving force behind Montana - a people-first leader with a passion for building businesses and backing the people who run them. What started as a chance to grow a company with like-minded, driven individuals has become a lifelong mission: helping others unlock their potential and scale their own success stories.

With over two decades of experience in face-to-face sales, leadership development, and company growth, Tony specialises in coaching entrepreneurs, investing in high-potential teams, and guiding start-ups into thriving, sustainable operations. He’s known for his grounded leadership, sharp instincts, and unwavering belief in people, always pushing others to step up, think bigger, and build something real. His proudest moments? Watching new leaders take the leap and open their first office, and knowing that Montana helped pave the way.

Drawn in by the culture of growth and entrepreneurship, she went from university student to business owner in record time. Today, she’s the engine behind the scenes, helping founders and leadership teams scale with confidence. Milena specialises in business operations, recruitment strategy, and leadership development across multiple markets. From supporting new launches to streamlining systems for growth, she’s the go-to person for turning big plans into practical results. She’s known for her direct approach, calm confidence, sharp eye for detail, and the way she brings fresh perspective to every challenge, turning big ideas into actionable strategy and helping businesses ready to scale.
